You CANNOT run short shells in IWI's TS12. It requires each shell to be at least 1,200 FPS to cycle reliably. Use appropriate ammo, and the TS12 will behave accordingly.

Problem with all these less lethal options is that they are all VERY EXPENSIVE. Instead, just get a cheap pump shotgun/ less lethal rubber shots and umarex HDR50/68. Both are MUCH MUCH cheaper less lethal options.

Substitute the .357 with the 10mm if capacity is your thing. It's probably cheaper by comparison considering the ludicrous prices for most revolvers anyway. I myself have a Rock Island FSHC 16+1 and can carry both extra mags on me if need be. That's a whole lot of "ouch". Mine was bought for $700 something but I've seen a number of sites liquidating theirs for an even $500 before tax. I felt cheated after seeing that. At the same time, I'd avoid bear country right off the bat and certainly would have to question what a hiker or hunter might be doing to antagonize the fuzzy guys enough to warrant an angry charge.
